About Us

A Home Watch service is designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your home. The official definition of Home Watch is “A visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.” So, your home is being inspected by professionals looking for potential problems.

We bill monthly at the End of each month. We accept Venmo, Zelle or check.

You can choose how often we check your home, but we recommend at least once a month. At our regular visits we check if your AC is properly working, flush all drains, run garbage disposal, check all lights, fans, windows and doors. We look for any signs of water leaks, pest or rodent activity. Outside your home we check your landscaping, watering system, pool and screen. Any problems will be reported immediately.

We can do small jobs like changing a smoke detector or door lock, changing batteries and AC filter. Anything that needs to be done by a general contractor we can arrange and schedule with your contractor. 

Please provide us with a key (in case there is no power and a garage would not open or the battery in your door lock is empty) as well as a garage code or door code.
